Derek Gagné, MBA
Derek Gagné is the CEO of Talent Edge Solutions Inc. He has been helping organizations with their planning, people and process strategies for over 10 years.
Derek has an MBA in Executive Management and Knowledge Management from Royal Roads University and a BA in Labour Relations from McGill University. He is also a member of the B.C. Human Resource Management Association.

Some of his clients include Tourism Whistler, the Telus Whistler Conference Centre, Whistler Golf Club, Whistler.com and go2.
Prior to founding Talent Edge Solutions, Derek held several senior and HR executive roles with Tourism Whistler and Intrawest at Whistler/Blackcomb where he designed and implemented organizational strategies at the number one ski resort in North America. With the CTEA and Bell Canada he served as bargaining agent for Ontario and Québec. He has also worked in specialist recruiting and coaching roles and conducted senior level HR consulting work. Talent Edge Solutions has worked with many complex and diverse organizations in both provincially and federally regulated environments.
